Bed & Breakfast

For warm hospitality and a frugal budget. Bed & Breakfast homes are available. As the name implies, a breakfast is included in the room rate. They can be found in urban or rural areas, small in size and usually open year round. Indoor and outdoor recreations may be available or close by. There are many Bed & Breakfast homes throughout Rainbow Country and they provide a pleasant alternative when traveling in Northern Ontario.

Hotels & Motels

There are many hotels and motels in Rainbow Country ranging from roadside motels to mid and luxury full service hotels. Establishments can be found in rural and urban areas. Most will have a restaurant or fine dining on the premises or nearby. If you're visiting for the day or week, our northern hospitality will make your stay a comfortable one.

Lodges & Resorts

You will find a variety of choices ranging from rustic to luxurious, accessible only by car, air, boat, snowmobile or skis, family oriented to secluded outpost cabins. Generally, most establishments offer private waterfront cottages, with indoor and outdoor activities including: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skating and ice fishing. Lodges and resorts are divided into categories.

• Housekeeping (HA)-self catering meals
• American Plan (A) -meals included
• European Plan (EM) -self catering and some meals included
