Georgian Bay Kayak & Canoe Festival May 4 eve, 5 & 6
A celebration of paddling and springtime! Top instructors from all over Ontario are presenting two full days of workshops, demos and free test paddling. If you attend the workshops, you'll need to pre-register, otherwise, just c'mon out. You don't have to be a paddler as there are plenty of slide shows and land workshops - from edible plants to whittling to astronomy! Oh yeah, Fred Eaglesmith and the Flying Squirrels are coming back for the Saturday night concert and we can't wait. The “Reel Paddling Film Festival” with world-class outdoor films is on Friday night so make it a weekend!
